Inside Sales Logistics Coordinator
Our company is a third party logistics provider located in Janesville, WI. We are actively looking for a highly energetic, ambitious individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Logistics Coordinator.
- Utilize transportation software to facilitate material movement, planning and scheduling.
- Provide exceptional service by developing good working relations with Clients.
- Negotiate with transportation suppliers to obtain the competitive pricing.
- Receive and process transportation requirements from the Client.
- Track shipments from pickup through delivery so that accurate, up to date information can be provided.
- Monitor and identify trends and problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong follow up skills.
- Self-motivated personality.
- Perform job duties with a sense of urgency.
- Ability to multi task.
- Ability to work in a team environment while maintaining an individual work load.
- Excellent problem solving skills, particularly when under pressure.
- Ability to work in an ever changing environment with ongoing interruptions.
- Extremely organized and strong attention to detail with excellent follow-up.
- Can quickly learn new skills.
Full-time salaried employee. Must maintain regular attendance. Schedule will be from 7:30-4:30 Monday through Friday.
